Most animal lovers will agree: existing animal supplies are often ugly and impractical. GIZMO design stands for animal products that are beautiful and user-friendly. This way, not only does the pet enjoy it, but so does the owner!
Below we have listed the most frequently asked questions:
If you place your order before 10 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive your order the next day. We do see that mail delivery is very busy right now. Because of this, it can sometimes happen that a package does arrive a little later. So keep this in mind.
Track your order
After you complete your order you will receive the same day the track and trace that allows you to follow your package.

Not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry about that and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.
You can return your order up to 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is in your account within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Please email info@gizmo-design.nl and report your return using the order number and reason for return. You will receive a return label that you can use to return your product!
- Send your order. Once the product reaches us you will receive the purchase price transferred to your account within 5 business days. Please note, return charges will be charged with the refund.
Did the item break down within the warranty period and is the item faulty? Then you are entitled to the legal warranty.
Did you receive the product incomplete or with user marks? Please report this to us within 48 hours, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Cost
Are you returning the shipment? Then the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Is your shipment incomplete? Then the additional parts will be sent completely free of charge.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal (manufacturer’s) warranty.
Please note that some items may have a longer delivery time because they are temporarily out of stock. When this is the case it is indicated, including expected delivery time, with the item. You can pre-order the item to make sure you don’t miss out.
Is an item sold out? Don’t worry, we often get these back in stock fairly quickly!
